- General provisions
1.1 Privacy policy regulates administration, security and operation of personal data in “Blandior” (hereinafter “company”), establishes the rights of data subjects, the type of personal data, the purpose of ordering, procedure and volume, risk factors of personal data protection violation, measures for implementation of personal data protection and other issues related to the processing of personal data.
1.2 Personal data is any information directly or indirectly related to the data subject (hereinafter “Buyer”), identified through the use of data such as name, date of birth, gender, telephone number, address of residence and/or whereabouts , e-mail, postal address, contact information, information on the type of payment for the goods, similar financial information, order history, payment details, delivery information, purchasing habits, photos, videos, IP address, one or more person-specific physiological, physical, psychological, cultural, economic or social characteristics as well as other information related to the identification of a person (hereinafter “Personal data”).
1.3 This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of all Personal Data that is submitted or collected and processed through www.blandiorofficial.com as well as company accounts on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, etc.
1.4 This Privacy Policy is applied to anyone and everyone who visit the social media accounts and websites mentioned in 1.3 section of this Privacy Policy.
1.5 The company uses small text documents with a unique identification number, which is transmitted from the website to the hard drive of the visitor's computer so that the website administrator can distinguish the visitor's computer and see its activities on the Internet ("cookies"). 2. Procedure for the use of personal data

2.2 The company uses the customer's personal data in order to fulfill the legal obligations that are defined in the regulations related to the company. For example: provision of customer data to state institutions, management of accounting data.
2.3 The company uses the customer's personal data to find out information about complaints received from third parties (in the case of quality checks, theft).
2.4 Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the law on the legal protection of personal data of the Republic of Lithuania and other clear and transparent requirements for the processing of personal data established in other laws regulating the relevant activities.

3. Protection of personal data
3.1 The security and processing requirements established in the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU General Data Protection Regulation apply to data processing.
3.2 The company shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that all data is protected against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other forms of unlawful processing.
3.3 Administrative security (establishment of secure management of documents and computer data and their archives, as well as organization of work in various areas of activity, etc.)
3.4 Hardware and software protection (administration of information systems and databases, maintenance of workplaces, premises, protection of operating systems, protection against computer viruses, etc.).
4. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
4.1 Customer data may be transferred for processing to third parties who assist the company in the implementation and administration of loyalty programs and the website www.blandiorofficial.com. Third parties: database software providers, database administration service providers, direct marketing service providers, couriers, etc.
4.2 Data may also be disclosed to government or law enforcement agencies, such as the police or regulatory authorities, but only upon their request and only when required by applicable law or to ensure our rights or the safety of our customers, employees and resources.
5. Automated processing of personal dataCustomer's Personal Data may be processed automatically, for example: the company may analyze the data on the website and social accounts in order to offer advertising, goods, services, discounts or participate in certain promotions according to the habits and interests of each customer.
6. Return policy6.1 If the customer has a complaint about the quality of the goods received and wants to return it, the whole process is defined in the "Return Policy" section of www.blandiorofficial.com/privacy-policy.
6.2 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract and the off-premises contract in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Book 6.228-10 of the Civil Code of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania - Law of Obligations (hereinafter the “Article”).
6.3 The consumer shall have the right to terminate the distance and off-premises contract within 14 days in accordance with paragraph 3 of the above Article.
6.4 The company shall not accept for return goods which are defined in accordance with paragraph 2 (3) above "Contracts for goods made to the consumer's specific instructions which are not prefabricated and which are produced to the consumer's personal choice or instruction, or for goods which are clearly adapted to the consumer's personal needs" and paragraph 2 (5) of that article, entitled "Contracts for packaged goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons".
6.5 The burden of proving that the requirements of the above Article for withdrawal have been met lies with the consumer in accordance with paragraph 8 of the above article.
6.6 Withdrawal of a distance or off-premises contract must be submitted by e-mail. by post to post@blandiorofficial.com in accordance with paragraph 6 of the above Article.
6.7 The costs of return must be borne by the consumer, ensuring that the product will be returned undamaged and its quality will not be affected in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Book Six - Law of Obligations in accordance with Article 6.228-7 (1) (8) and (9).
Due to any inconveniences or uncertainties, the consumer has the right to contact the company by e-mail provided in section 6.6 of this privacy policy.
7. Final provisionsThis privacy policy takes effect on April 1, 2020. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Company's website at www.blandiorofficial.com/privacy-policy
